Our commitment

Smart Forecourt Solutions Limited wants its website and ordering process to be usable by everyone, including customers who use assistive technology. We work to meet recognized accessibility guidelines and welcome feedback on where we can do better.

Conformance target

As an Ontario business, we design toward the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a practical conformance target for our website.

What we’ve done so far

• A visible “Skip to content” link on every page.
• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) throughout the site.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and diagrams; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Labelled form fields with visible required-field indicators on our contact form.
• Colour choices checked for adequate contrast against their backgrounds.
• Visible keyboard focus outlines on links, buttons and form fields.
• A single-column, reflowable layout that supports browser zoom and text resizing without loss of content.
• Reduced-motion support — animations are minimised or removed when a visitor’s system requests reduced motion.
• A mobile navigation menu that is fully operable by keyboard, including an Escape-to-close shortcut.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas we are actively monitoring include third-party content we do not control and older browser compatibility. We are working to address issues as they are identified.
